I'm a psychologist specialising in the area of clinical psychology with numerous years experience working with children and adults. On the flipside of the coin I also have battled treatment resistant major depressive disorder. By experiencing life on both sides of the treatment process I hope I can help share some of my formal knowledge and personal tips and experiences in the challenge of maintaining a healthy state of mind in today's hectic and stressful society.
